The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. The best part, though, has to be the price! I ordered a meat platter called The Boss Jnr, which is meant to serve 3 people—but honestly, it’s easily enough for 4 (for smaller eaters, lol)- lots of meat and side dishes. And it cost us only $150 for the platter. Ordered some drinks which brought the total to 172. Highly recommend this place for great food, great vibes, and great value!

Beef ribs was tender, rice was seasoned well & the sauce excellent. The chicken grilled just beautiful & the mashed potato on point. We absolutely enjoyed our lunch.

We came two days ago & The team was super friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. The food was absolutely delicious, the steak was cooked perfectly, tender and full of flavor, with crispy fries and a fresh, colorful salad on the side. The sauce was also amazing and really brought everything together. My Partner had a burger, which looked just as tasty, juicy, generous, and full of flavor. We both truly enjoyed every bite! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for Halal, great food, a warm atmosphere, and amazing service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Every single time I come to Charcoal Loco, the food is nothing short of perfect. The flavors are rich, the meat is cooked to absolute perfection, and the sides are just as amazing. It’s consistent every visit, which says a lot about the care that goes into every dish. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and I want to make special mention of the new team managing the shop — they’re doing an incredible job! You can really feel the fresh energy and the sincerety they’ve brought in, adding a touch of magic to the whole experience. Absolutely amazing! We are truly impressed by this place and while it's not listed as a steakhouse, I believe it should. The staff are very friendly, professional and polite. The turn around is relatively quick, telhe food is fresh and made with absolute proficiency. Overall we loved our experience, will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone else.

My partner and I ordered the weekly special Boss Jr platter and it was AMAZING. All of the meats , , , sausages, even the were cooked to perfection. Not to mention the homemade chili Mayo, both of us almost finished the whole thing and the takeaway boxes are of reasonable priceDef recommend this place for meatlovers Staffs were cordial too not sure about the rather negative reviews (made me paranoid). I'm glad the whole experience was great. WILL BE BACK FOR MORE

Charcoal Loco exceeded all expectations! My partner and I went all-in on the platter for our first visit and were blown away by the quality and flavors. Every dish was delicious (check out the pics!), but the croquettes, brisket, chorizo, and the seasoned rice dish were definite highlights. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the chorizo had a perfect kick, and all the dishes were well-seasoned and packed with flavour! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making it a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Get in before the lines start forming – this place is going to be popular! We're already planning our next visit!
